1 YEAR LEASE - ALL SITES

All sites are full hookup and include a 1 year lease.  Lease contract begins/renews on day you bring your RV.  The campground is open mid-April through mid-October and the 1 year lease term includes winter storage on site.  We do not offer "overnight" campsites.

Base Rate

All campers will have a base lease rate...Lease averages $1450 per year which includes water, sewer, basic electric, and garbage.

Optional Rates

Campers can personalize their lease with several additional options including Lawn service, Leaf Collection, Boat Storage, Winterizing and more!
